Googling a person Part I
1Well, it is fun to Google myself (There even a term for it called egosurfing). You’ll get to see how Google index your life in the world of information. You should try yourself and typing your own name into the box and search. Most of the time you’ll find that it is amusing that there is even result about yourself.
Search yourself and look at the result associated to you and sometime you’ll find it funny that there is other people who has the same name like you i.e search term laiseng and you’ll this person jit laiseng. Who the hack is that person. and so i search for this person, jit lai seng and found out that he is a sellfish fish seller in Singapore.
It is surprising how much of my information has been leaked out to the world. Anyone can find out who am i and and what i have done in the Internet. When i search myself i found out that I’ve been to a lot of forums and sites that i no longer remember. This that I’ve said in the message boards a.k.a forums so nostalgic and I’ve posted them years in the past. Some of the statement I’ve said is so naive and so… indescribable. Anyway, if you search yourself you’ll find that so much information has been leaked out about yourself and there is foot print on place you’ve been in the interweb
So many people has asked me how I’ve done it in search information about a other people by having a single information like their name and some residual info about that person and i am able to find that person footprint in the web. I’ll show you how it is done in next post as i need to search for a relevant person as an example.
So for now just start with searching yourself with combination of your name (with or without spaces), nickname or your email username will do. You’ll be supprised that how much your informations is available to the public.
