Recently, I’ve been stationed at a new office at TTDI which I need to comply with man made sucky, ridiculous and non-purposeful with no apparent reason with what so ever reason that improve comfortability and productivity of the individual that follows it, simply because previous generation of man kind who does not reason with what so ever apparent reason on why they are following the rules and ways of the westerners who dress like a dog.

No wonder they dress their dog like them

What I meant is formal attire in office. I don’t like formal attire. I simply don’t like it because it is a standard that are not being made by us. Formal wear is a culture imported and we just use and apply them into our culture here.

There is no good that come out from wearing formal. It does not benefit the company nor the employee. The only formal wear is, is a nonsense. This guys has more sense than formal wear, at least he always win in the debate here.

I seriously think that we should not wear formal to office or at least it becomes an options for employee to wear formal. Office wear should be decent and clean and the most important thing is comfortable. I’ve breakdown the reason why formal wear in office go away and go to the land far far far far far far far far far away and should not be allowed to come back again. Ever

1) Comfortability
- Long sleeves hinders and restrict you full 100% arm movement
- Long sleeves hinders you from using the mouse and keyboard
- Rolling up the sleeves interrupts you arm movement

2) Cost
- Formal wear is more expensive
- You can get better and more confirtable wear with the same price

3) Maintainability
- Formal wear is hard to maintain
- Some of it are made of fabric that only allows certain way of cleaning or washing it
- Some requires ironing
- The one that do not requires ironing are simple more expensive (back to point number 1

4) Stupidity
- seriously have you ever seen a costume that does not make you look like an ass
- Formal Attire is a costume
