A mountain high has even higher mountain
I thought I’m creative in food and invented “Nasi Lemak Goreng” but, my mom is even more creative than me, she presented me today with “Nasi Goreng Bubur” (Fried Rice Porridge).
Ever since I’ve ordered the “Nasi Lemak Goreng” at “AlAzhua Mamak” near Dataran Prima which is next to Tropicana, they start to offer it as one of thier specialty. And suppried me most is that they charged me RM 4.30 that day but now they start to charge at RM 5
Back to “Nasi Goreng Bubur” (Fried Rice Porridge); It is simply cooked rice put on a pan and fry them and them add as much water as you use to when cooking porridge and let it boil and then dump in some fish fillet, some (Oh shit, i don’t know what that thing called in English, ah! yes it is garlic) garlic and let it boil until your desired consistency and ready to serve.
It has a very special characteristic and texture. And the taste is amazing…
hey, not sure if your mom is Fu Chow as well. If she is, then praise FuChow women. My mom is good at “inventing” food also. hahaha…
