Mooncake Festival are around the corner and i don’t know the exact date of it. All i know is that its around the very corner that we will make soon. i can see many stall selling mooncakes everywhere. many varieties of mooncakes has been introduced to the market since i was born. I still remember when i am a small small kid, young and dangerous adorable, always fighting sharing with my brothers mooncakes. At that time, all i can eat was mooncakes with red beans kaya content and occasionally with egg yokes. After this been said, I’m wondering, in the ancient time, what are mooncakes made of? Thats all that we have for mooncakes festival at that time, just red bean and kaya with or without egg yokes. as year goes by, people starts to introduce new mooncakes variety and many shapes and sizes.
