Space Tourism
0Few months ago, I’ve downloaded a documentary about a person Paul G. Allen who is an aircraft builder and designer and who owns a company founded by himself called Scaled Composites to build aircraft. Not long ago he succeeded his lifetime dream of building a space ship. With this success he won the Ansari X Prize (a.k.a XPrize) and get himself and his company a funding of $10,000,000 to build a space ship for tourism. Initially, Richard Branson (Founder or Virgin Group) funded this project by Paul (SpaceShipOne) and so Virgin Galactic has been formed recently to jump start space tourism.

Just now i found out that Virgin Group has just started to receive deposit from customer who would like to fly to space at $20,000 deposites but the ticket price to the space is $200,000(estimated by Virgin Galactics). As early as 2008, man can fly to space commercially. If you like to experience the thrill of going to space and feel the weightless body, you just need to book for your seat because there will only be 8 seats for each trip.
I’m wondering, what will the package of $200,000 provice? Just bring you up there and hover the earth for few minutes or hours and then fly back to earth? For sure there will not be a 5 star or even 1 star hotel waiting to your check in on the space. But i heard also that there is plan from a company to build a hotel or resort on space. But i doubt it will be anytime soon.

Wines
0Today I went to Giant Kelana Jaya and saw a whole rack of wine. Normally there’s nothing special about the whole rack of wine section, today I notice that they’ve added tag to which country the wine came from. So I notice there are France, Australia, China, Malaysia and USA. Weird thing about this is that I don’t notice Canada or UK wines. I thought the western drink wine like plain water. Why no Canada and UK wines?
I personally like to drink wine but my 1st experience of drinking wine is *blek*. That time I question myself why people drink wine? But now I’m a convert, because I like to drink wine. You know why my 1st experience is so bad? It’s because the wine that I drank is cheap cheap wine thats why it dont taste good. Good wines normally expensive, so anyone of you who never drink wine before and would like to try the first time, i advice you to get an expensive one(RM 70++ will do). I personally like Fanzia Wine from USA which is the best wine i’ve ever taste.
There is mint like wine which is cool, there is sweet wine and there is also sour wines. I like the sweet one i think most of us prefer sweet right? Not all wine made of grapes, i’ve tasted rose wine and also mango wine and ofcause there are many more wines that made from other types of fruits. I wonder is there a durian wine? If there is you bet I’m going to get one and try it with condition that it is affordable.
Fortunate Foe

It’s been days I haven’t post any blog here. Since the last post hello world blog. I wonder how long since then?
Let me check first. Aha! It’s been 6 days since the hello world. For those who might not know, I’m currently using wordpress (http://www.wordpress.org) to blog. I’ve moved from plog (www.plogbworld.net) to wordpress so for those who read my blog previously, you might notice that my past blog has gone. This is because I’ve moved to wordpress from plog which uses different database. So I don’t have time to transfer the blog in my plog database to this wordpress database. It’s been almost two and a half years since my 1st blog posted at blogspot. I’ve started at on January 2003 and within the 1st year I only post less then 10 post. Long story cut short, after two and a half years of started blogging, I only posted less then 50 post of blogs.
For those who don’t know yet, I involved in an accident recently, to be exact, 7:15pm 19th July 2005 Tuesday. You might ask, why I took so long to report myself here. This is because I’ve broken my left collarbone

So I have difficulty typing, and I’ve been surfing the web and do some minor chatting using my right hand. I can’t lift up my left hand for days now. But thank GOD for healing so fast. I’ve got scratches on my left feet and some on my left hand and also some behind my left chest. Thank GOD that, those scratches already heals so fast. Only 5 days, the wound heals, maybe I’ve eat a lot that’s why it heals so fast.
There is one funny thing about the pain killer drug that the doctor prescribes. The drug is called Zelterol which is the name of the drug, but the main content of the drug is Diclofenac Sodium. And I search the web for information about this drug and it turns out that it is also the main ingredient for menstrual drugs. In case you don’t know I’m a male, funny right? I was prescribed with 14 tablets of this drug which I only took 2 for the 1st day and now still left 12 tablets after 6days which I need to take 2 tablet after meal daily until I finish them all. I don’t take the drug anymore because I developed muscle cramp after taking it. I’ve found one of the side effect is muscle cramp on the internet so that’s why I don’t take it anymore. I still have refer back to doctor about this matter, after all it just a pain killer drugs.
I need to see doctor again on 5th August 2005 to check my collarbone and have another X-Ray again to confirm that the bone joint. I was given 16 days of MC which I don’t think I will use it to the full. Thank GOD that I’m OK now, doesn’t feel much pain on my left collarbone but the location of my collarbone swollen. But still I can’t lift up my hand to the front but sideway still can. Life with one hand is tough, you can’t use two hand to eat, can’t both hand on towels, can’t type in normal, can’t sleep sideway, and etc.
I need to wear slings for at least two weeks but wearing sling is challenging, because it’s hard to take it off and to put it on too. After a wearing sling, my neck, shoulders and back become stiff. So I don’t wear it since two days ago. No wonder GOD created man with two hands, two legs, two eyes, two ears, two ____ you name it.
I must give GOD full credit for what have happen to me. I don’t mean to blame him but I mean thank him for allowing me involved in the accident because in this few days, I’ve seen HIS grace, HIS work, and also hears HIM well.
I know that man is very limited but after this incident, I’ve discovered that man is even more limited then what I’ve thought. Like me, I’ve broken my very small bone on my body and the whole hand ceased to function. And when my hand ceased to function well, the whole body doesn’t coordinate well. When my whole body doesn’t work well, my productivity also affected. Everything is affected because of one single small bone on a person body. I am so fragile, I am so limited, and I am so small. But thank GOD HE has found me and leads me to HIM. I’m glad that I’m in him now, that nothing will take me away from HIM. That’s why from the moment I’ve accident I’ve never afraid, never feel bad and never blame. This incident makes me feel GREAT. I’ve never seen GOD the way I see HIM now. When GOD at work, HE is superb.
Actually I’m typing this blog using two hand since I can use my left hand now but limited mobility also. I would like to thank all my brothers and sisters in CHRIST for their prayer and concern over this incident. And GOD BLESS YOU ALL
